If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Hampton Home & Garden Ltd., 180 - 820 Village Drive Port Coquitlam BC V3B 0G9.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Hampton Home Living, accessible from https://www.hamptonhomeliving.ca/
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
We want to ensure you are in love with all your purchases from Hampton Home Living. If you are not 100% happy with your item, we allow returns/exchanges to be made within 7 days of purchase, after 7 days, and up to 14 days after purchase, a store credit will be issued.
The following conditions must be met for all items being brought back:
- Returned merchandise must be in original condition with tags on. It must not have been washed, worn or damaged.
- Merchandise must be accompanied by a physical receipt or digital receipt attached to your customer profile.
Note:
- Hampton Home Living has the right to deny a refund if the item is not in the condition stated above.

CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY:
All Christmas merchandise is FINAL SALE after December 18.
All items purchased as a gift can be returned for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY until January 8, receipt must be present.
For Online Returns/Exchanges please follow the directions listed out below:
1. For online orders, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days upon arrival of your order for return inquiries, 14 days for exchange or store credit.
2. In your email please provide us with your order # & the name of the items you wish to return/exchange.
3. Upon email approval for return/exchange please send back the items to #180 – 820 Village Drive, Port Coquitlam BC V3B 0G9 within 10 days. Please note Hampton Home Living does not cover cost for shipping items back.
4. Once you have sent your items back for return please email us with the tracking details.
5. Once we receive the items & confirm they are in original purchase condition with tags attached and original packaging we will then issue you a refund back onto the original method of payment or provide you with a store credit.
*Please note the customer is responsible for shipping charges on exchanged items being sent out.
Note: If an item is returned damaged it may be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
Giftcards
Giftcards are non-refundable and non-replaceable if lost or stolen.
Warranty Information for Live Plants
No warranty on houseplants, tropicals, custom arrangements, annuals, perennials, sod, or wholesale accounts. All trees, shrubs, and evergreens are covered by Hampton Home & Garden's One Year Guarantee from the date of purchase for the purchase price. All warranty returns must be accompanied by the dead plant and receipt. All trees, shrubs, and evergreens are only replaced once. Exchanges for trees, shrubs, and evergreens can only be returned if in the same condition as they were sold, for in-store credit and within 5 days of purchase
