GARLIC MARINADE
What you Need:
Marinade for 4 servings:
- 1/2 pouch of Garlic & Herb Marinade Seasoning
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
- 23 ml/1 ½ tbsp lemon juice, about ½ a squeezed lemon
What to do:
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
Use as a marinade for chicken, pork, vegetables or steak.
Marinate for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
Cook your meal on the BBQ or in the oven.
